Youth Choir meets on Wednesdays from 5:00 - 6:00 pm (in the choir room), under the leadership of Mike Horanski, Music Director. In addition to his duties directing the Chancel Choir, Mike is the high school choral director at Robinson Secondary School in Fairfax County. Prior to moving to Virginia, he taught middle school chorus, so he enjoys teaching teenage singers. Youth Choir is open to all youth, grades 6 - 12. Middle School Youth Fellowship: (6^th-8^th Graders)
If you're into crazy games, making new friends, and discovering what following Jesus is really all about, then join us every Wednesday night from 6:00-8:00pm for Middle School Youth Fellowship! We'll have fun exploring our faith, learning from the Bible, and growing closer to God and each other. See you on Wednesday night, and don't forget to bring a friend!

Sr. High Youth Fellowship: (9^th-12^th Graders)
If you've been searching for a place where you can be real with other students...where you can ask life's toughest questions and begin finding answers in a safe, honest, and caring environment...where you can take a serious look at how your faith impacts everyday life...all while having a ton of fun, then look no further: Sr. High Youth Fellowship is the place to be! Sr. High Youth Fellowship meets every Sunday night from 6:00-8:00pm. Each week we'll spend time worshiping God and we'll be challenged by relevant messages from the Bible. Along the way, we'll deepen our relationships with God and each other. The invitation is open...come, and you will see.

Bible Study and Prayer Meeting (aka "Thursday Nights"): (9^th-12^th Graders)
All 9th-12th graders are invited to a time of prayer and study at 5:00 - 7:00 pm every Thursday, led by Lance Overstreet, our Director of Student Ministries.

Mission Opportunities: (All Students)
Middle School Mission Trip:
A team of our 7^th-8^th graders do a 3 day mission trip every year.

Summer Youth Mission Trip:
Last summer, a group of 9^th-12^th graders from FUPCDC traveled to New Orleans, Louisiana, for a life-changing mission experience. The 2010 Summer Youth Mission Team is forming now, and will be going to Pittsburgh, PA, June 19-27.

Local Mission Opportunities:
Stay tuned at Youth Group for more info about opportunities to serve in our local community. Visits to ACTS and one day endeavors with Project Mend a House are already in the works.

CROSS Training: (All Students)
Students of all ages are encouraged to gather for CROSS Training on Sunday mornings in order to learn more about living for Jesus Christ and to develop Christian friendships through prayer and Bible study. Age specific classes are offered during both worship services (9:00 and 10:30am) for everyone from pre-schoolers to High School students.

Confirmation: (8^th Graders and up)
A year-long Confirmation class (September-May) is offered for all students in 8^th grade or above who want to pursue church membership at FUPCDC. The Confirmation process encourages students to explore their commitment to Jesus Christ at a deeply personal level, while also helping them learn more about classic Christine doctrine, the history and development of the Church, and how they can participate more fully in the life of this particular congregation. Confirmation class meets on Sunday mornings throughout the year at 9:00am, with additional activities sometimes scheduled.
