Monthly team gathering: 3rd Sunday of the month, between services.

Current events:

1. Please review our annual report to see what has gone on in the past year.

2.  You have selected chair #1, (Bertolini chairs) - we have locked in our order and we will have an update on chair delivery soon.  We will need a lot of help to unload 300 chairs.

3.  We have fixed the three potholes in our parking lot.

4.  We just had 3 minor (but costly) repairs done to our Heating system.

5.  The entire length of the hallways, front women's bathroom, rm. 22, and the Sunday school rooms (rm. 3 and 4) have been painted.  We thank the donors that blessed us with this beautiful gift.

6.  Projects on our horizon -

    a.  Currently working on a statement of work to correct where our new roof meets the old rood (small  leak) - we will ask for 3 bids prior to proceeding on this effort.

    b.  Need a project a lead to work on improvements for all of our bathrooms.

    c.  We are looking to replace the vent covers in the sanctuary.

    d.  We would like to replace all the baseboards in the main hallways.

    e.  We are looking for ways to improve storage here in our facility and property.

7.  Please help us keep the building and facilities in as good as or better condition than you found it.
