CHURCH DIRECTORY: Do you ever see people in church and wonder what their names are? Our church directory should help with that! We are producing a pictorial directory for our church. There is no cost to you or the church to have your photographs taken, and you will receive a complimentary 8 X 10 portrait and directory for participating. You will be able to view your images electronically immediately after you are photographed and will have the opportunity to purchase additional portraits to share. Sign up for for photography and portrait viewing sessions online now or in person in the narthex starting on March 30^th.

Actual photography dates are May 1^st, 2nd, 3^rd, & May 16^th and 17^th. Bring your calendar and stop by the tables in the narthex to sign up. Early sign-ups will get the first choice of times! A PROPORTIONATE GIVER:  A Proportionate Giver is someone who covenants with God to give to the cause of the Kingdom, through the ministries of his Church, a percentage of their income. By the daily study of God’s Word, by living every day in companionship with the Risen Lord and through service to those in need, a Proportionate Giver keeps his/her heart open to increasing that percentage as Christ leads them to other opportunities to give and serve and love.

CROSS TRAINING: The last day of CROSS Training for preschool - 5th grade will be on May 18 with our annual Olympics to be held outside. Please wear comfortable clothing and sunscreen! The last day for CROSS Training for MIDDLE SCHOOL and HIGH SCHOOL will be TODAY. Middle and High Schoolers are encouraged to help with the CROSS Training Olympics on May 18 at either the 9:00 or 10:30 hours.

Join us up close and be part of the action for our "Diner" Dinner Theater as the FUPCDC Youth Choir presents "Waiters: A Youth Musical about Waiting on the Lord" on Saturday, May 31 and Sunday, June Seating and "diner" dinner begins at 5:00 with the show beginning at 6:00.  Join us as our Youth Choir members and Summer Youth Mission Participants serve you a "diner" dinner meal and dessert.  Make your "reservations" at the church.  ($5.00 for 1; $10.00 for 2; $15.00 for a family)  Proceeds from the show to go towards the Summer Youth Mission trip to Philadelphia.

SAVE THE DATE!! Vacation Bible School: July 14 - 20!! Join VBS Directors, Bruce and Becky George, as we embark on a thrilling space voyage through Cosmic City!! Stir the kids space voyagers' hearts and imaginations as we lead them through the city's stellar attractions!! Registration at the church will begin in early June. As with last year, parents will also have the opportunity to download the registration form from the church website after registration begins.

PRAYER REQUESTS: Meet with others in prayer each Sunday morning at 9:00 in Room 7. If you are in need of prayer, please email prayer@fupcdc.org or drop off a prayer request in the box at the Adult Education bulletin board in the narthex.

LUMINARY CANDLES ARE FOR SALE that you can purchase in honor or in memory someone who was diagnosed with cancer. The candles are 1 for $10.00 and 3 for $25.00. The candles will line the track at Forest Park High School Saturday night, May 17th and be lit in a special ceremony. In addition, we will be placing the names of your honorees on cards in the Narthex. If you are interested, stop by the Relay table in the Narthex. Thank you for supporting the American Cancer Society!

NEW ADULT EDUCATION CLASS: The Ministry of Elijah in the Land will consider how God used geography, weather and the power of His Spirit to show His glory in the Ministry of Elijah the prophet. Pastor Scott will be teaching this class which will look at an old story with new eyes, to clearly see the glory of God in the life of Elijah and in our own lives. We are offering this new adult education class starting Sunday, March 30, at 10:30 and ending Sunday, May 4.
